Hart completes reserves run-out
The full-back joined North End from Aberdeen on transfer deadline day in January 2008 but has since managed just 10 appearances following two frustrating and lengthy spells on the sidelines.
He told the club's official website: "If I sit back and analyse it, it has been horrific in the last year. That's just football. I have done my best to come back as strong as I can and hopefully when I have my fitness back I will be better than I was before."
"It [getting back on the pitch] has been a long time coming. It is almost six months to the day since I picked up the injury so it is good to get a run out and I actually got 90 minutes so that is positive."
