Foxes Table St Ledger Bid
Reports in Leicester are suggesting that Leicester have joined the race to sign Preston's international centre back, Sean St Ledger as he looks to move on this summer. Ipswich are the leading contenders but it appears that Leicester have now put forward an offer of £750,000 for the defender which is well short of the £1.5m that Preston rejected for the defender from Ipswich back in January. It is thought that St Ledger will move on before the start of the season as he has been named as one of the high wage earners at Deepdale plus the international wants to play at a higher level than League One.
