Ferguson To Seek KIng Extension

Josh King will be out for a further three weeks with his troublesome ankle and that means he could well have played his last game for North End. The loan deal was for three months and was set to end in November. The young striker has rarely featured for the Whites due to injury. KIng started his loan on the bench but was given his chance in front of the cameras away at Burnley. He picked up an injury in that game and has only featured twice since but looked unfit in both games. Ferguson is hoping that he can extend King's loan so that he can be given a decent run of games once he is fully fit. King looks a lively and pacey striker but has yet to hitthe net. It is deja vu for Preston who had a similar problem with Danny Wellbeck last season.
