Ferguson plans to 'analyse' squad
Ferguson, who left Peterborough earlier this season, was last week appointed manager on a three-and-a-half-year contract.[LNB]He immediately set his sights on promotion but said: "In terms of adding to the squad, it would be wrong for me to say we need this and we need that.[LNB]"We have to analyse the whole squad and sort out quickly their personalities, which I will do.[LNB]"Some need an arm round them and some need the opposite and that won't be a problem. We will have them structured well, organised and we will see how they do."[LNB][LNB]
