Ferguson finds little to cheer

Preston manager Darren Ferguson felt his side's 1-0 home defeat against Norwich was their worst performance of the season. Grant Holt scored the only goal of the game to leave the Lilywhites second bottom of the npower Championship table after four consecutive defeats. Ferguson admitted his side were not at the races and urged his players to roll up their sleeves to turn around their poor form. He said: "You get a good view of the game and it was not a day for sitting and getting a good view. It was very, very disappointing. We have given our worst performance of the season on the day we have got our largest crowd here."
