Ferguson aims to strengthen midfield
Ferguson brought in midfielder Paul Coutts during the January transfer window, along with winger Kevin Treacy and striker Danny Welbeck.[LNB]He tried to sign more midfielders during the month, however, and could renew his efforts when the loan window reopens next week.[LNB]"It is a problem area for us. There is no doubt about that," Ferguson told BBC Radio Lancashire.[LNB]"We've brought one in with Paul Coutts. We tried to get Martin Woods from Doncaster. It's an area we must improve."[LNB][LNB]
