Preston defender Sean St Ledger admits a tough season lies ahead for his struggling side. North End have already tasted defeat three times this season and won only once. And St Ledger - currently on international duty with the Republic of Ireland - told the Evening Post: "It's going to be a tough season for us, everyone knows we haven't got a big squad. "It's also a very young squad and teams who have gone up in recent years tended to have seasoned Championship players. "Saying that, I think there is still a lot of quality in the squad. We could do with going on a good little run of form so we can get some confidence. "Young players can sometimes get a bit down if results aren't going their way, so putting a run together would be a real boost."
