De Laet Extends Stay
Preston have secured the service of Ritchie De Laet until 3 January after an extension was granted to his loan period to cover the busy festive season. The United youngster who has impressed since his arrival was set to return to Old Trafford prior to the busy Christmas period but it has now been agreed that he can stay over the festive period as he is more than likely going to start all of the games. There is no news on Danny Pugh and Michael Tonge who are likely to be recalled to Stoke as Tony Pulis wants a big a squad as possible to tackle the festive football period.
