Cort set to continue

Preston boss Darren Ferguson may be reluctant to make changes when his rock-bottom side travel to high-flying Cardiff. Loan signing Leon Cort made his debut alongside Wayne Brown at the heart of the defence during last weekend`s goalless draw at home to Millwall. The duo performed impressively and look set to be handed another opportunity to impress, leaving Sean St. Ledger again warming the substitutes bench. Skipper Callum Davidson is available again after a groin injury and Scotland Under-21 international Paul Coutts may also return as North End bid to claim a shock victory. Ferguson`s men have endured a dreadful campaign and have won only four of their 19 matches this season ahead of the trip to the Welsh capital. Ferguson admitted: "Cardiff have got some very, very good players."
