Club Captain Leaves
Preston have allowed Callum Davidson to leave the club just short of his contract which would have expired this summer. The left back who has unsurprisingly been injured since Phil Brown took over at the club has been released prior to the end of his contract this summer. The 34 year old was the club captain but was more often than not sat in the stands during his Deepdale career. It is thought the Scot may link up with former boss Craig Brown in Scotland.
