Clearence Given For Tsoumou
Preston confirmed that clearance has been given by the relevant international bodies for striker Tsoumou to join Preston on a free transfer. The man from the Congo has signed a two year deal and goes straight into the squad for this Saturday's clast at Scunthorpe. The 20 year old has spent most of his career in Germany as well as a spell at Blackburn's academy.
