Chilvers thinks Beck to injury
The England midfielder has undergone surgery in Finland after suffering the injury during AC Milan's victory over Chievo on Sunday.[LNB]The 34-year-old will be out for a minimum of six months, ruling him out of the World Cup and raising doubts over his career.[LNB]Chilvers was sidelined with the same injury for 13 months and said: "It brought back memories for me.[LNB]"It's the sort of injury that you wouldn't want anyone to suffer from. They're saying four months but it will be four months until he is back jogging - but he'll be very lucky.[LNB]"He will be out a long time but he could be in worse situations! He's not going to worry about anything financially and he's got the best physiotherapists and stuff around him from the England set-up."[LNB][LNB]
