Brown set to keep the faith

Preston boss Phil Brown will be reluctant to make any changes when his side play host to Coventry. North End produced arguably their best display of the season to claim their first win under Brown`s tenure when beating Scunthorpe 3-0 at Glanford Park on Tuesday. Brown heaped lavish praise on his men afterwards and seems certain to name the same starting line-up against the Sky Blues. Barry Nicholson and Iain Turner missed the recent home defeat to Leeds but were available to face Scunthorpe in midweek. North End remain bottom and lie 10 points adrift of safety, but Brown is keeping the faith. He said: "Belief is such a massive word and if we got back-to-back wins then suddenly that belief gets stronger and stronger."
