Brown boosted by North End form

Preston boss Phil Brown believes his resurgent side are beginning to hit top form as they bid to complete a great escape and stay in the npower Championship. North End have spent much of the campaign in the drop zone and looked certainties for relegation until a fine run of form breathed new life into their survival bid. Brown`s men have won four and drawn two of their last seven games and lie just four points from safety with four matches remaining. Brown said: "Coming to the end of any season it is about form. "You hear about teams going into the play-offs with momentum and we have momentum right now. "We have picked up 14 points from seven games and if you reproduce those results over the whole of the season that is championship and promotion form."
