Blackburn lifted the Lancashire Senior Cup thanks to a penalty shoot out victory over the Whites this afternoon. Hume scored the equaliser for North End but the inexperienced Blackburn side won the penalty shoot out 3-1 to life the trophy in the final that was delayed from last season.
