Beavon Staying Put?

20 August 2012 13:13
Both Preston and Millwall have failed to reach the asking price of Wycombe for striker Scott Beavon and it is now a waiting game to see who blinks first.

Sources in south London close to Millwall state that the Lions offered £200,000 for the striker whilst Wycombe wanted an offer in excess of £350,000.

The reports suggest that Preston have put in an offer of around £250,000 for the striker but this has also been rejected with Wycombe holding out for a sum over £350,000 with around ten days of the transfer window to go.
