The frontman who has not bene involved in the first team squad this season was transfer listed int he summer. Preston have been unable to offload the striker but he has now gone out on loan to Bristol Rovers.
If is hoped that this will give Beardsley some much needed action and a new lease of life which may mean a more permanent move when the January transfer window opens.
