Liam Walker will not be returning to Portsmouth and will be playing for a Greek team next season, the local news reports.
Having been one of Liam's biggest advocates, it's personally disappointing to hear this news. Whilst Walker was lightweight and could drift out of games, he was still arguably the best technical player in the squad and had an excellent range of passing when he was at his best.
His detractors will argue that he wasn't at his best often enough and couldn't hold down a regular place in the first team.
Only time will tell if the right decision has been made. It'll be interesting to see how he performs for his new club, whichever club that may be.
