Armand Traore believes Paul Hart should be handed the Portsmouth managerial job at Fratton Park on a permanent basis.Ex-Barnsley, Nottingham Forest and Chesterfield boss Hart took over at Pompey in February after the sacking of Tony Adams.Pompey were in grave danger of relegation at the time, but Hart has helped guide the club away from the drop zone, losing just one of his seven games in charge. And on-loan defender Traore has called for consistency on the south coast, with Hart - whose contract runs until the end of the season - their third manager of a difficult season.Speaking at the Launch of FIFA 09's Ultimate team, the Frenchman told Sky Sports: "Yes, I have been encouraged by the results."I think, since he has taken over, there has been a big change. The team has started to win."I think he could stay permanently. I think that it would be a good idea. Why would you want to change the manager when the team is winning?"Traore also spoke of Adams' short managerial reign at Pompey, which lasted just 16 matches before he was shown the door. The full-back added: "To be honest, I just don't think he had any luck. He tried everything, but unfortunately it did not work. I don't think he did anything wrong really."[LNB]
