As for Jason Pearce, the local media say that three bids have been rejected for him today, one from Ipswich and two from other Championship clubs.
I've also heard a rumour that he was at Dean Court today with a view to returning to Bournemouth as Pompey haven't paid the Cherries any part of his transfer fee. It's probably rubbish, but you heard it here first....
There has been no more news on the futures of Joel Ward and Stephen Henderson who have both been subject to transfer speculation this month.
South Today has reported that a deal for the duo is "unlikely" and Henderson has tweeted that he's very happy at Pompey and looking forward to Hull on Saturday.
Earlier today, Greg Halford tweeted that he was 99.999999% certain of staying at Portsmouth but you can never be 100% certain. There were also players missing from training this morning but it seems that was just for treatment on injuries.
