Steve Bruce's team have been formidable on home territory this season but have taken just four points from eight Premier League games on their travels this term which means the pressure will be cranked up when they face lowly Portsmouth on Saturday. [LNB]'There's a bit of pressure on us now,' the former Hull centre-half said. ' We need to get those wins at home now. [LNB]'Yeah, last week was a tough week understandably after the performance at Wigan and I would have thought this week will be the same now,' Turner added. [LNB]'We got a bit of rollicking at half-time and we probably deserved it. We came out fighting in the second half but we need to start starting the games better. It shouldn't take that. [LNB]'It's frustrating because we've talked and talked and talked about it. Obviously we haven't worked out exactly what the problem is yet because if we had we wouldn't be losing these kinds of games. [LNB]'But it's something that we need to rectify quickly because the manager isn't happy and we're not happy with it either.'[LNB]Turner believes the absence of a settled back four is to blame for his team 's inconsistencies. [LNB]'The manager has chopped and changed and that doesn't help but it's just one of those things,' he said. 'We'd like to keep the same back four for a run of games the manager probably would. [LNB]'It would help because we could get to know each other and it does make it a bit harder when things keep changing. But it's up to the manager to make those decisions and we've got to do better if we want to stay in the team. [LNB]'It's up to the defenders to make sure there's a settled back four. Anton (Ferdinand) going off on Sunday was just one of those things that happens in games. I'm not going to blame the defeat on that. It took a couple of minutes to adjust but you've got to get on with it when that kind of thing happens.'[LNB]
