Dumb-founded: Spurs manager Harry Redknapp[LNB]Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits he is stunned by Portsmouth's plight since leading them to FA Cup glory at Wembley.[LNB]Redknapp led Pompey to glory in 2008 before leaving the club five months later to become the new manager at Spurs.[LNB]Since then Portsmouth has been on a downward spiral and last week HM's Revenue and Customs lodged a winding-up petition against the club.[LNB]The High Court gave them seven days to save the club from oblivion on Wednesday otherwise they face becoming the first club in the history of the top-flight to fall into administration.[LNB]And Redknapp still hoping his former club can find a buyer before the deadline is passed.[LNB]He said: 'I didn't see it coming when I left. They were sellingplayers for fortunes and suddenly it's been like musical chairs withfour owners there this season.[LNB]'It would be a disaster. We can't allow it to happen and there is always a way in the end. Before I went there they were in the same situation and Milan Mandaric came out of nowhere to save the club.[LNB]'I'm sure there are people out there, they'd be buying a club with a great tradition.[LNB]'I've been speaking every day to people there and hoping it will get sorted out.[LNB]'It's an amazing situation they've found themselves in but it's not just Portsmouth, there are so many clubs with an amazing amount of debt.[LNB]'At some of the biggest clubs there is an incredible amount of debt. Hopefully Pompey will find a new owner and they will move forward again.'[LNB] Glorious day: Former Portsmouth boss Redknapp salutes Pompey fans during the bus parade through the city after the club won the FA Cup at Wembley in 2008[LNB]Meanwhile, while Redknapp's Spurs side are challenging for a Champions League place, he insists the country's top knockout competition is just as important.[LNB]Redknapp wants to emulate his success at Portsmouth on the pitch and is therefore not taking this weekend's FA Cup trip to Bolton lightly.[LNB]With Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool knocked out, the cup represents a decent opportunity of silverware for Spurs.[LNB]'It's a big priority for us,' Redknapp said. We want to get to Wembley this year so it is a massive game. Owen (Coyle, Bolton manager) will want to win, his first priority is to keep them in the division but he'll want to win.[LNB]'We're still in the race for fourth but we want to be involved in the cup. It's a great opportunity for us.'[LNB] Southampton won't offer any sympathy for sorry Portsmouth, insists Saints boss Alan Pardew ahead of fifth round FA Cup tie EXCLUSIVE: Portsmouth swoop for Dusko Tosic despite the dark clouds hanging over the cash-strapped club PORTSMOUTH FC
