Pompey boss Cook set to stick with winning formula

Portsmouth boss Paul Cook could name an unchanged team when they host Blackpool.

New signing Jamal Lowe impressed in the 2-0 win over Accrington on Saturday - his second start of the club - and could keep his place.

Kal Naismith's late goal enhanced his claims for a recall, with Gary Roberts or Kyle Bennett most likely to make way.

Long-term absentee Curtis Main is the only senior player unavailable.

Blackpool defender Andy Taylor is a doubt after missing the 4-1 win over Carlisle with a collarbone injury.

Midfielder Neil Danns was forced off with injury after just 21 minutes and is also doubtful, with Jack Payne, his replacement at the weekend, set to deputise.

Fellow midfielder Brad Potts, who scored his first goal since November, managed an hour in only his second appearance in a month and is set for another run-out as he builds up his match fitness.

Striker Kyle Vassell showed no ill-effects after a first appearance in four matches and will likely retain his place up front.
