Back to Fratton: On-loan Burnley striker Nugent[LNB]Portsmouth boss Avram Grant is considering recalling striker David Nugent from his loan at Burnley as the possibility of a prolonged transfer embargo looms at Fratton Park.[LNB]The Barclays Premier League have imposed the player-registration freeze until they are happy with the club's finances and Pompey have yet to provide sufficient assurances.[LNB]The magnitude of the crisis has been highlighted by players not being paid on time three times this season.[LNB]But getting the transfer embargo lifted also remains a priority for Portsmouth and Grant could recall Nugent if his options are limited.[LNB]'We are thinking about this,' he said. Kevin-Prince Boateng could be offloaded with FIFA's permission[LNB] It is against FIFA rules to play for three clubs in a season but cases can bereferred to the sport's governing body.[LNB]Jamie O'Hara's loan from Tottenham expires this month and he is willing to join another club on a short-term deal if he is not allowed to rejoin Pompey.[LNB]'If Portsmouth can't do it, maybe I'll be going somewhere else,' said O'Hara.[LNB] Patrik Berger forced to hang up his boots as knee problems get the better of ex-Liverpool starPedro Mendes could be heading to Sporting Lisbon as Rangers look to fund new Kris Boyd deal Frederic Piquionne's agent insists striker is not leaving Portsmouth'Don't blame me for Portsmouth cash crisis,' says former owner Alexandre Gaydamak PORTSMOUTH FC
