Portsmouth have been offered £250,000 by Spartak Moscow to terminate Quincy Owusu-Abeyie's loan from the Russian side. [LNB]Portsmouth paid a £500,000 loan fee when former Arsenal star Owusu-Abeyie moved to Fratton Park in January.
