Court short: Sulaiman Al Fahim[LNB]Portsmouth sent documentary evidence to the High Court in a bid to avoid liquidation just as major shareholder Sulaiman Al Fahim was fighting another court's warrant for his arrest. [LNB]The High Court, which last week heard Pompey were trading insolvently, will make a decision about winding them up on March 1 once they have examined the club's latest set of figures. [LNB]Non-executive chairman Al Fahim, who still has a 10 per cent stake, denies being involved in a Dubai property scam.[LNB]Milan Mandaric believes the owners who have overseen the club's plight this season have 'no business in football'.[LNB]The ex-Pompey chief insisted: [LNB]'I sold it to a proper owner - Sacha Gaydamak,' said Mandaric. 'He decided to go in a different direction to me and go steps further.
