Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara could extend his loan spell at Portsmouth until the end of the season. The 23-year-old is scheduled to return to White Hart Lane in January but has the option to play an additional six months with Pompey should both clubs agree to let him stay. Spurs boss Harry Redknapp had initially stated that O'Hara would be recalled in January. The in-demand youngster, though, could be allowed to stay at Fratton Park should Spurs steer clear of any major injury problems "We'll wait and see on Jamie," said Redknapp. "If we're OK and we've got plenty of bodies and Jamie wants to stay and they want to keep him on loan, then something could be done." Defender Ledley King believes Spurs' hopes of success this season will be largely down to their results when playing on the road. King scored in the 2-1 win over Portsmouth at Fratton Park on Saturday which formed as Spurs' third away win this term while launching them into third place - just three points off top spot. The 29-year-old believes a good away record is vital to succeed in England's top flight. "It's going to be a tough league this season, every game is tough and teams will drop points," said King. "We're always confident at home so away form will be vital."
