Nugent makes switch to Burnley
Burnley have signed Portsmouth striker David Nugent on a six-month loan deal, subject to Premier League clearance.
The former Preston player has endured a difficult time at Fratton Park since his £6million move in July 2007.
If successful, Nugent, 25, could make the temporary deal permanent.
