`No quick fix` warns Cotterill
Portsmouth boss Steve Cotterill admits there is no quick fix to the problems on the pitch at Fratton Park.
Cotterill's threadbare squad slumped to the foot of the Championship table after Saturday's 2-0 defeat by Cardiff, where their lack of firepower and experience was evident once again.
"The players, fans, everybody at this football club have been bashed on the head for a long time," said Cotterill.
"To try to change the culture and mentality is difficult. It's going to take time.
"It's tough, but when something goes against us, we've got to come back again. We've got to turn a 1-0 down into a 2-1 win."
