Arnold Mvuemba has admitted that he cannot understand why he is not a regular in the Portsmouth side.[LNB] The Frenchman moved to Fratton Park on loan from Rennes in January 2007 before making the switch permanent in the summer.[LNB]He does not feel Pompey are as strong now as they were when he first joined the club and is disappointed with his lack of involvement under caretaker manager Paul Hart.[LNB]"Since my arrival I have improved with players like Lassana Diarra or Sulley Muntari," Mvuemba told Le 10 Sport.[LNB]"Now they have left, the players who have replaced them are not better than me. That is the most painful (thing). [LNB]"It is not their fault. The coach makes his decision, but I can't understand."[LNB]A great manHart and his assistant Brian Kidd will stay in charge of Pompey until the end of the season after Tony Adams was sacked in early February.[LNB]Adams had only replaced Harry Redknapp at the helm in October and Mvuemba has expressed some forthright views about the managers he has worked with at Pompey.[LNB]He said: "We don't talk a lot with Paul Hart. I have better relationship with his assistant Brian Kidd.[LNB]"Tactically you can feel he has been 10 years at Manchester United with Ferguson. He is a great man, a little like Tony Adams. [LNB]"The problem is you could have been a great player and an average coach. It is the case with Adams. We won two matches out of 15 with him.[LNB]"Harry Redknapp? He has experience. He knows how to talk to a group. But as an individual, he manipulates you. [LNB]"I learnt more at Rennes with Laszlo Boloni than with him. Kindness is not enough."[LNB]
