Tony Mowbray is optimistic Ishmael Miller and Neil Clement will be fit for the start of next season after lengthy lay-offs with knee problems.Clement has been sidelined all season while Miller has been out of action since colliding with Portsmouth goalkeeper David James at The Hawthorns in early December and damaging his cruciate ligament.Mowbray said: "Ish is due to see a specialist in London to hopefully to get the green light to step it up a little bit more. Hopefully it's all pretty positive at the moment."I don't want to say Ish and Neil will definitely be ready for pre-season but the signs at the moment are pretty positive and progressive."Hopefully Ishmael will get the green light to move on further and we might see him with his boots on doing some jogging."Miller had just started to show his potential with three goals in the previous seven games before suffering the setback.[LNB]
