Portsmouth chief executive David Lampitt insists the club have not finished adding to their squad despite the transfer deadline passing.[LNB] Cash-strapped Pompey are so short of players they have only been able to name four substitutes so far this season.[LNB]And they came out of deadline day another man down after Tommy Smith, Marc Wilson and Marlon Pack left with Dave Kitson and Liam Lawrence joining.[LNB]But boss Steve Cotterill can still sign free agents, while the emergency loan window re-opens next week.[LNB]Lampitt told The News: "We've still got a couple of things on the agenda. They are not necessarily tied to the window.[LNB]"We haven't finished and I'm sure Steve would say he is not finished shaping his squad. There are still some real gaps that we need to fill."
