Former Portsmouth owner Milan Mandaric believes Sulaiman Al-Fahim should look to appoint Harry Redknapp.[LNB] Redknapp has had two successful spells in charge of Pompey but he left he club last October to take the reins at Tottenham.[LNB]He guided the Londoners from the bottom of the Premier League table to an eighth-placed finish, just two points from a European spot.[LNB]Mandaric regards Redknapp as one of the finest managers in the business and would love to see him come back to Fratton Park.[LNB]Al-Fahim is set to complete a takeover of Portsmouth and will have to name a permanent boss as Paul Hart was only appointed on a short-term deal until the end of the season.[LNB]Mandaric told The News: "Harry Redknapp is a fantastic manager. He knows and understands the game far better than most.[LNB]"He's a top manager and the right manager for Portsmouth. I rate him so highly.[LNB]"Managing people is his best quality. He's not perfect and sometimes he would drive me crazy, but that quality always prevails."[LNB]He added: "You've got to do the right thing and if bringing Harry to the club is what he needs to do, that is what he has to do."[LNB]
