Kitson keen to push on
Striker Dave Kitson believes Portsmouth's 6-1 mauling of Leicester has breathed new life into their season.
Pompey hauled themselves off the foot of the table in style, with Kitson on target twice as they romped to their first win of the campaign.
"It gives us something to build on, although there were always encouraging signs before when we weren't getting the results," said Kitson.
"You need things to go your way. Some days the ball doesn't fall your way but thankfully that time it did."
