HMRC have lost their appeal to block the CVA that will take Portsmouth FC out of administration.The news was released at around 4pm today with Mr Justice Mann ruling in favour of Pompey, enabling all Pompey fans to breathe a sigh of relief, at least for the time being.According to the local news, HMRC's lawyers will not appeal the decision, meaning that Pompey are now free to come out of administration with Andrew Andronikou's proposed CVA.More on this story as it breaks.
