[LNB]But they improved noticeably after the break and could have earned a point late on but substitute David Nugent hit his close range effort straight at City keeper Shay Given.[LNB]PleasedHart told Sky Sports News: "I am pleased with the way we played, the way we went about the job.[LNB]"We restricted City to a few chances and I think overall we could have got a point and I think we'd have deserved it as well."[LNB]Hart handed debuts to Tommy Smith and Michael Brown after signing the pair last week.[LNB]The Pompey boss added he hoped to get more players in before the transfer window closes.[LNB]Targets"We've still got targets that we are pursuing, albeit on our limited budget but we are hopeful that one or two players might come in before the deadline."[LNB]Asked if Manchester City's Tal Ben-Haim and Benjani were players he was interested in, Hart replied: "They've been on that long list that we've been talking about for the last three months.[LNB]"And we've got a few more that we're chasing."[LNB]
