Paul Hart admits he is no closer to bringing in a new assistant manager.[LNB]Hart has appointed Ray Clarke, ex-Celtic, as his new chief scout to fill the vacancy created by Ian Broomfield, who followed former boss Harry Redknapp to Spurs.[LNB]But Hart has yet to find a replacement for former Manchester United and England assistant boss Brian Kidd.[LNB]Kidd was unwilling to relocate from his Cheshire home and felt he could not devote the necessary time to the job.[LNB]"It's just about getting the right one," said Hart. "If you get the wrong one, it's like a millstone round your neck. We've got a good staff and everyone is pulling their weight.[LNB]"It's on the agenda but we've been so busy with signing players and looking at players and things like that."
