Portsmouth manager Paul Hart admitted the club's future must be resolved soon as it emerged a new consortium led by Executive Chairman Peter Storrie is bidding to buy the club. Hart saw his side lose to a 92nd-minute penalty from Birmingham midfielder James McFadden at St. Andrews after 'keeper David James was judged to have fouled winger Sebastian Larsson. But, while Hart thought the penalty award was 'harsh' he is more keen for an end to the uncertainty surrounding Pompey. The concern over Sulaiman Al Fahim's proposed takeover of the Fratton Park club has led to Portsmouth exploring other options.
