Firefighter: Paul Hart[LNB]Paul Hart has revealed he is still waiting for a face-to-face meetingwith Portsmouth's new owners to establish just how they are going totake the struggling Barclays Premier League club forward.[LNB]Pompey currently sit bottom of the table, with just seven points from the opening 12 games.[LNB]It has certainly not been the smoothest of transitions behind thescenes at Fratton Park, where Ali Al Faraj was eventually installed asthe new owner following the protracted saga of Sulaiman Al Fahim'stakeover. [LNB]Despite Hart admitting he had no idea of just what moves he may beable to make when the transfer window re-opens in January, the club'sformer director of youth operations will continue to work tirelesslybehind the scenes to make sure Pompey have every chance of beating thedrop. [LNB]AlFaraj has been nicknamed 'Al Mirage' by fans because of his elusivenessand Hart revealed: "We were planning to meet to discuss things inNovember and thereare still another three weeks to go in November.[LNB]"Obviously, we need to get a strategy as soon as possible, but I have been assured that those meetings will take place.[LNB] "There is an awful lot going to happen between now and January that I am trying to concentrate on. I am sure we will get the direction well before that because we need it."[LNB]In the interview with the Portsmouth News, Hart added: "It is hard for me to say if we will be doing much business in January.[LNB] Positive: Aruna Dindane sjouldn't be out for too long[LNB]"The position with the club needs to be addressed. We are all still doing our jobs.[LNB]"We are looking at players and coming up with potential targets, whether it is for January or the summer.[LNB]"I am thinking about players that I would like, but actually getting them is another thing."[LNB]To increase Pompey's problems, the squad is set to lose six players to the Africa Cup of Nations in the New Year.[LNB]"I suppose we have to pay the price for going with African players," Hart said.[LNB]"They have been available at the right price and I think they have served the club very well, but I don't know what we do.[LNB]"Until we have the direction from the top, in terms of how the clubis settled, it will be difficult to make those judgements and work outwhat we are going to do."[LNB]On a positive note, striker Aruna Dindane is now expected to make a quick return from his hamstring problem.[LNB]The Ivory Coast international was forced off in the second half of the defeat at Blackburn.[LNB]Midfielder Hassan Yebda, though, remains doubtful for the trip to Stoke after the international break because of a calf strain.[LNB] Pompey saved!
