Halford arrival cheers Cotterill
Portsmouth manager Steve Cotterill has backed new loan signing Greg Halford to have a big impact at Fratton Park.[LNB] Halford, who has signed an initial month-long deal from Wolves, made his debut in Tuesday night's 1-0 win at Millwall.[LNB]He started at right-back but showed his versatilty by slotting in at centre-half after Ricardo Rocha went off with an injury in the first half.[LNB]"I thought Greg Halford was tremendous for us. It was like he had been playing for us all season," said Cotterill.[LNB]"He's a great addition for us and showed his versatility. His long throw is also a real weapon for us."[LNB]
