EXCLUSIVE: Portsmouth swoop for Tosic despite dark clouds hanging over

Crisis club Portsmouth have unveiled another new signing despite their financial meltdown. The Barclays Premier League strugglers have landed Dusko Tosic on a free transfer after he was released by Werder Bremen earlier this month. Tosic, 25, was awarded a work permit on Thursday and could go straight into the side to face arch rivals Southampton on Saturday. HM Revenue & Customs are claiming £12.1million in unpaid VAT, PAYE and National Insurance amid claims the club are trading while insolvent.
