Ex Portsmouth defender Dusko Tosic set to join Swansea on loan

Free agent: Premier League chiefs have finally granted Tosic permission to join Swansea Dusko Tosic is expected to join Swansea on loan over the weekend after the FA and Premier League finally granted him clearance to play. The 25-year-old Serbia international joined Portsmouthin the midst of their administration troubles and has been in limboafter his registration was withheld, preventing him from playing.
