Watford boss Sean Dyche has appointed Ian Woan as his assistant manager and Tony Loughlan as first-team coach.[LNB] Woan leaves his job as Portsmouth first-team coach while Loughlan has been out of work since exiting Ipswich in January.[LNB]The trio were briefly together as players for Nottingham Forest in 1990 and the appointments come after the departures of David Kerslake, Richard Collinge and Joe McBride from Vicarage Road to join Malky Mackay's staff at Cardiff.[LNB]Dyche told the club's official website: "It's great to have my own team about the place. I think it's vital there's a bond between staff - with each individual able to bring their own experiences to enhance our working environment.[LNB]"Both men have shown they're willing to learn and look to better themselves."
