The court case that was due to go ahead tomorrow has now been postponed and will now take place on Thursady, January 31st.
Trevor Birch announced on Pompey's official website that all parties had agreed to ask for the adjournment and it has been granted by the judge.
In all honesty if the court case had gone ahead tomorrow then the likely outcome would have been an adjournment anyway.
Let's just hope some actual progress is made on the final day of this month so we can finally have a resolution to this tedious saga.
