Cotterill has play-off points target in mind

Portsmouth boss Steve Cotterill has set his side a target of 75 points to guarantee a play-off place. Pompey's impressive win at Norwich last weekend continued their climb up the Championship table and they are now just five points behind the sixth-placed Canaries with a game in hand. Cotterill told The News: "You need 73, 74 or 75 points for anyone to get to the play-offs. "It will be around about that at this moment in time. "Things could change, though. In a two or three-month swing, that situation could change. "It depends on where they go from now - but at that moment that's how I see it."
