Portsmouth have allowed strikers Andrew Cole and Collins Mbesuma to leave Fratton Park, but Nwankwo Kanu has finally pledged his future to Pompey.
Thirty-five-year-old Cole has left midway through a two-year contract in search of regular first-team football, having made just nine starts last season for Harry Redknapp's side.
Redknapp told the club's official website: "Andy wants to play regularly and we couldn't guarantee that here. Let's hope he can do that wherever he goes next."
Zambia international Mbesuma, 23, made only four substitute appearances for the South Coast club and spent last season out on loan at Portuguese club Maritimo.
He has now moved to Turkey to join Bursaspor.
Meanwhile, Kanu has finally put pen to paper on a new one-year contract, with an option for a further 12 months.
Redknapp added: "I am pleased he has decided to stay. He has trained with us and looked excellent."
Kanu netted 12 goals in 38 games in his first season with Pompey, but ended the campaign with a run of 11 games without a goal.
