Portsmouth hope to sign Serbia defender Dusko Tosic this week despite the financial chaos that continues to envelop the club. [LNB]Cash-strapped Pompey, who have been late paying wages four times this season, will complete payments to players and staff on Wednesday but they still face a winding-up order on February 10 for unpaid taxes.
