Campbell in talks at Notts County

Notts County are hopeful of wrapping up a deal to sign former England defender Sol Campbell.Campbell is a free agent after leaving Portsmouth in the summer and BBC Sport understands he has held "encouraging" preliminary talks with the Magpies. The 34-year-old has been seen at Meadow Lane and it is understood he has been offered a deal by the League Two side.
