Campbell Considers Management

Portsmouth defender Sol Campbell has insisted that while he has a love-hate relationship with the game at times, he is not prepared to leave it just yet. Campbell says he wants to play for at least another three years when his contract runs out in the summer, and he has not dismissed the lure of management when he finally decides to hang up his boots. The former Tottenham and Arsenal star says he loves the challenge of performing at the very highest level and he believes he has proved his doubters wrong about his appetite for the game and his desire for success. The 34-year-old told The Times: "Football is inside me. If you live and breathe it and you love the challenge and want to see where you can go, you can't do nothing about it. "I want to play for another three more years. I would definitely look at it after that, probably give myself a break, go away and start a family, but I think eventually I would like to come back and see what I can do. "It's a shame people don't want to see the real you, that you're proper, that you've got no hidden agendas."
