Ben Haim makes Hammers switch
Portsmouth defender Tal Ben Haim has completed a five-month loan move to West Ham.
The 28-year-old Israel centre-half has linked up again with former Pompey boss Avram Grant at Upton Park.
Ben Haim was expected to sign a permanent deal with the Hammers last month but the move was believed to have been held up due to a troublesome groin injury.
But a loan switch has now been agreed and he could make his West Ham debut against Aston Villa on the opening day of the Barclays Premier League season.
